The Executive Millwork team consists of talented individuals who are characterized by superior skills, dedication, and continuous development. All of our employees participate in trade related and other selected business skills training.

EMI is a strong supporter of the Alberta Apprenticeship program. Our apprentices are paired with journeyman cabinetmakers to ensure that they receive practical, hands on training, as well they are encouraged to attend formal training through institutions such as SAIT or NAIT.

To support our experts, we’ve equipped them with a 33,000 sq ft manufacturing shop that is fully equipped with sophisticated woodworking equipment, advanced CNC equipment and software and a super-efficient dust collection system. We’ve also streamlined our manufacturing processes by introducing LEAN principals to improve efficiency and eliminate wastes, without sacrificing quality.

Our one of a kind workforce training program incorporates traditional classroom based training, with in-house training to ensure that our team leads the way in expertise, quality and customer service.
