The vacuum forming process is a casting process which is used for the production of small series of functional materials usually plastic, rubber and metals. Island have a dedicated vacuum casting facility and can quickly produce parts to extremely fine levels of detail and keep concessions to the absolute minimum.

Our Laser cutter and engraver is a 200Watt one off new laser/cutting machine. This is a powerful cutting tool, which will effortlessly cut through materials such as 18mm MDF and 25mm acrylic. It will also engrave intricate designs in to a wide range of materials, from plastics and wood, through to leather and marble. We pride ourselves in facilitating all clients and provide a fast turnaround, at competive prices.

Island's production facility spans over 6,000 square feet and includes a large print department. We cover anything from a single print through to multi million pound project. Our industrial strength HP superwide format printing systems deliver exceptional print quality to ensure stunning results with the fastest turnaround times.
