Our Services

We offer our extensive woodworking plant and experience to clients as a service to manufacture products to their design and specification.

We undertake both large and small runs, and have capacity to turnaround projects in good time. Working in solid hardwoods, softwoods, along with full stocks of panel products such as veneered MDF, plain MDF, melamine boards, and specialist panel products such as Trespa.

CNC ROUTING Backed up by large woodworking plant, including beam saw, rip saw, re-saw, band saw, cross cuts, fret saw, mitre saws, planning, moulding, sanding, drilling, veneer pressing, guillotines.

SPRAY FINISHING Automatic spray lines and hand spraying services.

LASER ENGRAVING Branding clients products with laser engraving.

CNC Machining

We have now been using CNC routers at Morans for over 20 years and have gained a wealth of experience in using this fantastic technology to manufacture wood components at very economical pricing for both small and large runs. We use the machines in house on many of our own products, for consistent and accurate machining on often complex designs. Along with this we offer sub contract work to various industries for CNC routing of our clients’ designs, CNC routing panel work for the shop fitting and furniture industry amongst others.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving

These superbly accurate and versatile machines are used for both cutting and engraving.

Excellent for personalising wood items, branding with either a burnt in look or paint filled logos.

We operate four machines with engraving up to 900x500 and cutting up to 1500x1000mm

Although our main expertise is in wood, ply and MDF, we also have experience in acrylic, Corrian, Trespa, glass and leather.

Spray Painting

Our skills in wood spraying ensure we achieve a consistent and durable finish every time.

Working closely with paint manufactures and spraying equipment suppliers to make sure we have the best materials and equipment for the job
