We offer a full 3d cad modelling service. We can convert and work with existing cad files in most formats, or model designs from scratch based on hand drawn sketches.

We are just as happy to machine a single 2d sheet of components as to run a larger complex 3d project. Our cnc machine has a 3050x1250 vacuum bed with vertical clearance for machining of about 160mm. It is a 4-axis cnc machine with both horizontal and vertical drilling and routing. Both drill box and tool magazine accomodate multiple tools enabling complex programs with increased tooling requirements. We have the facilities of a fully equipped cabinet making workshop available to use for assembly and other machining of cnc projects.

We can work with a range of materials including solid acrylic, compact laminate, foam and wood based sheet materials. We also specialise in solid wood machining in all hardwoods and softwoods.
