MACHINING:

At Zone Creations, we have comprehensive machining facilities and are ideally equipped to manufacture components for a diverse range of businesses. Our services include laser-cutting, CNC routing and milling, turning, engineered parts, laser engraving and metal work components.Our laser and CNC machines have the highest technical specifications in Europe, ensuring accuracy and repeatability.

With very fast set-up of machines and stock materials, we can produce one-off or prototype components within very short time-scales. And, with a large machining capacity, Zone Creations can also undertake the largest of production runs.

FABRICATION:

Zone Creations employs a skilled team of craftsmen, designers and engineers to fabricate a diverse range of products. Fabrication can be as simple as folding a Perspex POS leaflet holder to assembly of complex illuminated furniture.We work to the highest standards and employ the best techniques for each process and material used.

Fabrication can include forming, bonding, polishing, electrical work and welding. We are happy to fabricate components being used as part of a larger project or to produce fully finished items, packed and ready for dispatch.

DESIGN:

When working with clients, Zone Creations can be involved in as much or as little of the design process as is required. This can be simply giving guidance on the best materials and processes to use, or we can do a full design project from scratch, generating computer renderings, simulations and physical prototypes before manufacturing the finished product.
