We offer bespoke CNC milling and routing services with our 3-axis milling machine. The cutting area of our machine is 1200mm x 1200mm at 240mm height (maximum cutter depth from the top of the surface is 150mm).

However we can construct models of any size, machining sections of the model that can be assemble together in to one piece. We are proud to take a challenge and work with the most bespoke requirements given by the client.

As part of our bespoke services we use a range of square and ball milling cutters in sizes 1mm – 10mm. We choose right cutter for every machining operation depending on complexity of geometry to achieve the best finish and fast machining time.

Materials that can be used are: Wood (Iroko, Sapele, Maple, Cherry, Oak, Beech, Walnut etc. ) Plywood MDF Bluefoam High density foam Other types of foam Corian or any other solid surface material Aluminium Brass, Copper, etc. (sheets) Soon we will be able to cut Marble, Travertine, Limestone, Sandstone, as well as Steel (sheets)
