We offer a unique service of modelling your sketch for you. All you need to do is provide us with your sketch to us and we will be able to model it and fabricate it for you.

The service of modelling / CAD preparation is £30/ hour. There is no complexity that we cannot do!

We offer bespoke CNC milling and routing services with our 3-axis milling machine. The cutting area of our machine is 1200mm x 1200mm at 240mm height (maximum cutter depth from the top of the surface is 150mm).

CNC Machining is charged at £30/ hour (we do not charge for set up) with discounts for large or intricate models.

We offer bespoke CNC milling and routing services with our 3-axis milling machine. The cutting area of our machine is 1200mm x 1200mm at 240mm height (maximum cutter depth from the top of the surface is 90mm). We also process area of 1220x2440mm on request.

However we can construct models of any size, machining sections of the model that can be assemble together in to one piece. We are proud to take a challenge and work with the most bespoke requirements given by the client.

As part of our bespoke services we use a range of square and ball milling cutters in sizes 1mm – 10mm. We choose right cutter for every machining operation depending on complexity of geometry to achieve the best finish and fast machining time.
