In view of Pendle Woodcraft (Blackburn) Ltd's size it is able to offer a peronalised service, before, during and after production.

Most of our production of wood based components is centered around our two CNC machines. Timber or sheet material is normally sized and then CNC routered to customers own cad drawings.

Wood / MDF products are either sanded for customers own finishing or finished in our own paint shop where we can apply hand spray finished stains, lacquers and paints to create customers desired effect. Alternatively, customers can send their own components for us to finish.

Wood copy lathe turning products can be turned off existing customers samples or off our own made templates. Production runs can be large or small.

Bent laminates can be produced once male and female patterns have been made to create customers desired shape. Currently Romanesque sash and door bars are made for a conservatory manufacturer using this method.Curved seat back and boards are manufacturd from Preformed Plywood for the seating industry prior to upholstery.

Wood engraving can be applied to wood or mdf surfaces for signs, logos, personalising products. If required the items can be treated for outdoors.
